Abstract：Objective To explorethe application effect of continuous improvement of quality nursing management quality in nursingof patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 53 cases with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected to be studied,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group(27 cases)and the control group(26 cases).The observation group was given the continuous improvement of the quality of nursing management,while the control group was given the routine nursing management.The treatment effect,patients′satisfaction degree,quality of life and quality of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and patients′satisfaction degree score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The quality of life and the quality of nursing score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement of the quality of nursing management quality will help improve the treatment effect of patients and the quality of service of nursing staff,and improve the quality of life in patients,and the effect in nursing of uterine fibroidsis remarkable.It is worthy of promotion and application.
