Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathway and traditional nursing in replantation of amputated fingers during perioperative period. Methods Altogether 89 patients who underwent replantation of amputated fingers in our hospital from November 2015 to July 2016 were involved as the objects of this research and randomly divided into experiment group(n=45)and control group(n=44)by using touch-ball method. The control group adopted the traditional nursing in replantation of amputated fingers during perioperative period, while the experiment group adopted clinical nursing path. The therapentic effects of two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, hospitalized time[(9.8±1.7)d]of the patients in experimental group was shorter than the control group [(14.3±1.2)d],hospitalization expenses[(13 789.3±19.3)yuan]was less than the control group [(16 563.2±27.9)yuan],amputated finger survival rate(91.11%)was higher than the control group(72.73%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(93.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of clinical nursing pathway in replantation of amputated fingers during perioperative period can provide more effective and specific care for patients and improve the patients′satisfaction of medical services, which makes patients recover more quickly.
