Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of continuous care on quality of life and sleep disorder in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods Sixty-eight patients with advanced lung cancer admitted into our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided to the observation group (n=34)and control group(n=34).The control group received conventional care while the observation group continuous care.The improvement in quality of life and sleep disorder of patients in patients between the two groups.Results The score of physical function,emotional function,social function,cognitive function and overall health in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after care,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the score of sleep quality,fall asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,sleep medication,daytime function in the observation group were significantly improved,and it was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with advanced lung cancer,continuous care can significantly improve the quality of life and sleep disorder of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
