Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on central motor conduction function in patients with stroke. Methods 60 inpatients with cerebral infarction treated in neurology department of our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,and there were 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with conventional therapy while group B was treated with conventional therapy+rTMS treatment. The patients were detected with triple magnetic stimulation (TST) and neurological function score was compared before treatment and after 10 days treatment. Results The amplitude and area ratio of TSTtest/TSTcontrol decreased in different level in the two groups after ipsilateral treatment, and the decrease of group B was more significant (P<0.05).NIHSS,BI and FMA score were significantly improved in the two groups after ipsilateral treatment, and the neurological scores of group B improved more significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion TST can be used as an objective evaluation index for the treatment of stroke patients.TMS can reduce the TST test results of stroke patients, improve the central motor conduction dysfunction.
