Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy of psychological and behavioral intervention on the nursing of patients with epistaxis.Methods 81 patients with epistaxis in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group (n=41) and the control group (n=40).The control group was treated by routine nursing,while the observation group was given psychological and behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,nursing satisfaction and the degree of anxiety and depression were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups (P>0.05);after nursing,the scores SAS and SDS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention in the nursing care of patients with nasal bleeding effect is outstanding,it can improve the patients′ mental state,by the recognition,which is worthy of clinical application.
