Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation training in patientswith AECOPD during their hospitalization.M ethods70 patients with AECOPD wereadmitted in our hospital from July 2015 to November 2016 were selected and were divided into two groups by random number table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, the research group were treated with pulmonary rehabilitationon the basis of control group, includeing pursed-lip breathing, postural drainage andapplication of external diaphragm pacemaker. The CAT score after 5 days treatments, the number of days when walking distance increased by 30 meters in the 6MWT,pulmonary function before treatmentand before dischargeand the duration of hospital stay were recorded and compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatments of 5 days, the CAT score of the research group [(19.45±2.33)ponits]was lower than that of the control group [(26.01±2.20)ponits](P<0.05).The duration ofwalking distance increase 30meters in 6MWTwas shorter in the research group[(6.59±1.70)d].Lung function test indicators such as FEV1%predicted measured before treatmentwas statisticallysignificant different from revaluationin the research group[before treatment:(47.12±4.9)%;before discharge:(60.11±6.98)%](P<0.05).But in the control groupthere was no statistically differences[before treatment:(48.02±5.77)%;before discharge:(51.21±6.61)%](P>0.05).The length of hospital stay in the research group[(11.65±2.93)d]was shorter than that in the control group [(13.85±2.96)d](P<0.05).ConclusionThe combination of the three treatment(pursed-lip breathing, postural drainage andexternal diaphragm pacemaker)can effectively improve the symptoms and lung function of patients with AECOPD,shorten their hospital stay. It′s worthy of widespread use in clinical practice.
