Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application of nursing intervention in perioperative period of laparoscopic gastric cancer resection.M ethods64 patients with gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic resection from January 1st2015 to August 31st2016 were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each groupThe control group was given conventional care intervention during the perioperative period,while the observation group was given comprehensive care interventions during the perioperative period.The postoperative recovery indicators and hospitalization time,treatment costs and the incidence of complicationswere compared between two groups.ResultsThe time of taking food after operation,out of bed activity,first exhaust,gastric tube removing and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group,the treatment cost and the incidence of complication rate were lower than those in the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the perioperative period of laparoscopic resection of gastric cancer,comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the early feeding and out of bed,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the complication,the effect is very impressive.
