Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of clinical pharmacist intervention on the use of antibiotics during the perioperative period.M ethodsA total of 220 patients in our hospitalwere selected as the research object from November 2016 to April 2017,and were rangdomly divided into the following two groups.The observation group of 110 patients were treated with antibiotics for clinical pharmacist intervention,the control group were treated with conventionalantibiotics.The two groups of patients were observed and compared with the use rate of antimicrobial agents,the reasonable rate of drug selection,the reasonable rate ofmedication,and so on.ResultsThe usage rate of antimicrobial drugs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of rational drug selection in the observation groupincreased was higher than that the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the reasonable rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionHysteroscopy perioperative clinical pharmacist intervention the use of antibiotics can improve the rational drug selection rate,drug treatment and reasonable rates,reduce the use rate of antibacterial drugs,which isworthy of clinical application and promotion.
