Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of continuous blood filtration in the treatment of acute heart failure with lactic acidosis.Methods40 cases of patients with acute heart failure with lactic acidosis in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, they were randomly divided into continuous hemofiltration treatment group(experimental group)and hemodialysis treatment group(control group),20 cases in each group. The SBP,HR,RR,LVEF 24 h,urine volumes, blood lactic acid,CO2CP,pH and heart failure remission time, lactic acidosis corrected time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe SBP,HR,RR of the experimental group were significantly lower than those control group(P<0.05),the LVEF,24 h urine volume were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),the blood lactate was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05),the CO2CP,pH were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),the heart failure remission time, lactic acidosis the correct time, hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of continuous blood filtration in the tr eatment of acute heart failure with lactic acidosis is better than conventional hemodialysis treatment.
