Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods40 cases with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who accepted treatments in our hospital from July 2013 to April 2016 were divided into control group and observation group by the random draw method,20 cases in each group,The control group were treated with conventional drug therapy while the observation group were applied the digestive endoscopic treatment.Then,the clinical value of digestive endoscopy in upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were discussed.ResultsThe total clinical effect in the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than that of control group of 80.00% (P<0.01),the average hemostasis time in the observation group was (0.85±0.65)d,significantly lower than that of control group of(1.70±0.68)d(P<0.05);there were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.ConclusionClinical application of endoscopic treatment in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which the clinical effects are significant and safe reliable,with clinical value.
