Abstract：Objective To investigate the use of glucocorticoid drugs in outpatient department of our hospital in 2016,and to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use.Methods 1200 outpatient glucocorticoid prescriptions were randomly selected from January to December in 2016,all drawing prescriptions were reviewed,types and statistics of glucocorticoid drugs in clinical diagnosis and other information were counted,and the unreasonable prescription were analyzed.Results 7 kinds of glucocorticoid drugs were useded in the 1200 glucocorticoid drug prescriptions,including 1 kind of oral medicine,3 kinds of injection drugs,3 kinds of inhalation or spray.They were Prednisone Acetate Tablets,Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate for Injection,Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection,Hydroprednisone Injection,Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray,Budesonide Suspension,Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation.After prescription comment,1064 reasonable prescriptions were founded in all prescriptions,the rate was 88.67%.136 irrational prescriptions were founded,and super indications medication were used in 114 irrational prescriptions,accounting for 9.50%;route of administration were not suitable in the other 22 irrational prescriptions,accounting for 1.83%.Conclusion The use of glucocorticoid drugs in outpatient department of our hospital in 2016 is basically reasonable,but there are still abuse cases.The special review of glucocorticoid prescription needs to be further strengthened.
