护理与影像技术一体化管理在放射科护理管理中的应用

摘要目的探讨护理与影像技术一体化管理在放射科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2012年1月～2015年1月在本院工作的临床影像技术医师49名及护理人员16名为研究对象，其中观察组与对照组入组观察时间段内病例数均为100例，对照组实施常规管理模式，观察组实施护理影像技术一体化管理，比较两组的整体护理质量、两组患者及其家属对护理满意情况、两组放射科医师对护理满意情况以及两组干预后的造影剂泄露比例及重复扫描比例。结果干预后，观察组整体护理质量评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.01），患者及其家属对护理满意评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.01），放射科医师对护理满意评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）；观察组造影剂泄露及重复扫描的比例显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论护理与影像技术一体化管理能有效提高护理整体质量，患者满意度及医师对护理工作的认可度，降低造影剂泄露及重复扫描的比例，提高放射科工作效率。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of integrated management of nursing and image technology in the nursing management of radiology department.MethodsFrom January 2012 to January 2015,the clinical imaging technicians and nurses working in our hospital were selected as the subjects.Among all these participants,the number of clinical imaging technicians and nursing staff was 49 and 16.During observation period,the number of medical cases in the observation group and control group was both 100.In the control group,regular management mode was implemented, while in the observation group,the integrated management of nursing and image technology was adopted.The overall nursing quality index,nursing satisfaction from patients and their families,and nursing satisfaction from radiologists were compared.The ratio of contrast agent leakage after intervention and repeated scanning ratio in the two groups were calculated.ResultsThe overall nursing quality score after intervention in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.01).Besides,nursing satisfaction score from patients and their families was greatly superior to that in the control group(P＜0.01).The nursing satisfaction score from radiologists in the observation group was much better than that in the control group (P＜0.01).In the observation group,the rate of contrast agent leakage and repeated scanning were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe integrated management of nursing and image technology can effectively enhance the overall nursing quality,patients′satisfaction and physicians′recognition on nursing work,reduce the proportion of contrast agent leakage and repeated scanning,and improve the efficiency in radiology department.
