Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application value of CT,X-ray and MRI in the diagnosis of sacroiliac joint disease in ankylosing spondylitis.MethodsFrom December 2014 to March 2017,81 cases of sacroiliac joint disease in ankylosing spondylitis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B,group C,27 cases in each group.Group A was examined by X-ray examination, group B was given MRI imaging, group C was given 64-slice spiral CT scan. The diagnostic effect and image quality of the three methods were observed.ResultsThe detection rate of clinical features of group B and group C was significantly higher than that of group A,with significant difference (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the detection rates of clinical features between group B and group C (P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of classification of group B and group C was higher than that in group A,with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe accuracy of CT and MRI examination in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and sacroiliac joint disease is significantly higher than that of X-ray examination, the main clinical features were joint swelling, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and articular surface Erosion and so on,and the inspection operation is simple and convenient, with a certain accuracy and feasibility,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
