Abstract:Objective To investigate the imaging features and clinical value of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of central lung cancer. Methods 53 patients with central lung cancer who were diagnosed and treated from December 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.X-ray and CT diagnosis were performed respectively, and the diagnostic accuracy of X-ray and CT on the central lung cancer was compared. The imaging features of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of central lung cancer was evaluated. Results The diagnostic accuracy of type of central type lung cancer in CT diagnosis was 96.23%,which was higher than 84.91%in X-ray diagnosis, with significant difference (P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of location of central type lung cancer in CT diagnosis was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.68%in X-ray diagnosis, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The imaging features of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of central lung cancer are significant, but the diagnostic accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of central type lung cancer is higher than that of X-ray.It is suggested that clinicians, when suspected of the central lung cancer via the diagnosis of X ray, further confirm the diagnosis by CT,so as to enhance its clinical diagnostic value, which is worthy of promotion and application.
