Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of health education on the treatment compliance and recurrence in patients with alcohol induced mental disorders function.Methods70 patients with alcohol induced mental disorders function in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the draw method,with 35 cases in each group.The ontrol group was given routine medical intervention,while the observation group was given health education on the basis of the control group.The psychological states,treatment compliance,recurrence rate and life satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore intervention,there were no significantly different among the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the scores SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the life satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe alcohol induced mental disorders treating with health education intervention can improve their psychological state and treatment compliance,reduce the recurrence rate,and the efficacy is significant.It is worthy of clinical application.
