中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病导致呼吸衰竭的临床研究

摘要目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）导致呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2015年11月～2016年11月在我院进行治疗的80例COPD治疗导致呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。观察组采用中西医结合进行治疗，对照组采用常规西医治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为90.0%，显著高于对照组的62.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的PaO2水平显著高于治疗前，PaCO2水平显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后的PaO2水平显著高于对照组治疗后，PaCO2水平显著低于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组均无并发症发生。结论中西医结合治疗COPD治疗导致呼吸衰竭的效果优于常规西医治疗，且无并发症发生，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the treatment effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of respiratory failure due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods80 cases of respiratory failure treated with COPD in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.5%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).The level of PaO2in the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the level of PaCO2in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The level of PaO2in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment,the level of PaCO2in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).There were no complications in the two groups.ConclusionThe curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is significantly better than that of conventional Western medicine.There is no complications,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
