Abstract：Exogenous behavior in patients with mental illness causes substantially safe risk in psychiatric ward management,which may further lead to social harm and severe medical disputes.However,exogenous behavior of patients with mental illness is associated with a variety of factors.So a series of effective measures should be worked out to prevent or intervent.Thus,this paper summarized a research status based on its prevalence,relative influencing factors,and intervention measures in the last few years,aimed to further examine the factors and intervention methods of exogenous behavior in patients with mental illness.
