Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application of fast track surgery concept and technique in perioperative period of orthopedics.Methods162 cases of patients admitted to Department of Orthopaedics in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine perioperative period,while the control group were used fast track surgery concept and technique,the intranperative indexes,postoperative hospitalization time,levels of anxiety and pain,incidence of complication were compared between two groups.ResultsThere was no significantly different between nasopharyngeal temperature in two groups(P＞0.05),the intranperative heart rate,blood pressure and blood glucose in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the postoperation scores of SAS and pain were lower than that in the control group,1 week after operation,the incidence of complication was lowere than that in the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of rapid rehabilitation concept and technique in the perioperative period of orthopedics can significantly improve the stress state of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and shorten the recovery time of patients.
