PDCA循环在防范消化内科患者排泄相关性跌倒管理中的应用

摘要目的研究应用PDCA循环管理模式在预防消化内科的患者排泄相关性跌倒中的护理效果。方法选取我院消化内科2015年10月～2016年10月住院的100例患者，随机分为对照组和实验组各50例。两组均予消化内科常规护理，此外，实验组还予PDCA循环管理。比较两组跌倒事件的发生率；根据跌倒事件分析事件原因，调查全科护理人员对预防跌倒的相关知识的了解情况，通过分析、总结，找到发生排泄相关性跌倒的原因及影响因素，针对性制定出相关措施，并进行检查、分析和改进。结果 PDCA循环应用，科室护理人员对预防跌倒的相关知识知晓情况明显提升，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；患者排泄相关性跌倒的发生率明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；患者对护理的满意度明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 PDCA循环应用，能提高患者、家属及护理人员防跌倒的相关知识知晓程度，降低排泄相关性跌倒事件的发生率，提高护理满意度。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the application of PDCA cycle management model in prevention of patients with digestive internal medicine discharge correlation fall nursing effect.Methods100 patients were selected,and had been hospitalized in our hospital digestive internal medicine from October 2015 to October 2016.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given routine nursing care of digestive diseases.In addition,the experimental group patients were given the PDCA cycle management;the incidence rate of two groups of patients were compared the stumble.According to stumble,this paper was analyzed the reasons of events,surveyed of general nursing staff to prevent falls within relevant knowledge,through analysis,the summary,find the cause of the fall in the correlation evacuation and influencing factors,and formulate relevant measures, and inspection,analysis and improvement.ResultsPDCA circulation department paramedics were found after the application in the knowledge level about preventing falls significantly promoted,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);patient discharge correlation significantly was lower incidence of falls,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);satisfaction of patients to nursing improved obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPDCA cycle management model,after the application can improve the patient and family nursing staff knowledge of fall prevention,reduce the incidence rate of discharge correlation stumble,improve nursing satisfaction.
