Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of nursing professional management in nursing quality in the operation room.MethodsThe operation rooms and nurses in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the object of this research and were divided into 6 major groups in accordance with the characteristics of operation rooms and disease department.At the mean while,in combination of the number of operations in each group and the degree of difficulty,all the nurses were re-allocated to achieve the purpose of detailed division of labor with in the professional division,which formed a specialized surgical nurse management model.The patients and doctors′satisfaction as well as nurses′self-evaluation before and after implementation of specialized management were observed.ResultsAfter implementation of professional management,the certain proportion in nurses′self-evaluation content was increased in comparison with post-implementation,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);the post-implementation patients and doctors′nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than pre-implementation one,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of the professional management mode in the operation room achieves significant effect,which is conducive to the nurses′self-evaluation,theoretical knowledge and professional skills in the operation room;at the same time,it can promote the patients and doctors′high evaluation of nursing work so as to successfully improvethe overall level of nursing quality,which is worthy of popularization and application.
