Abstract:Objective To explore the role of platelet activating factor(PAF)and C reactive protein(CRP)level in cardio-cerebral-vascular endothelial injury and its disease development in patients with primary hypertension. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,58 patients with primary hypertension were collected in our hospital were the experimental group, while 50 healthy participants from physical examinationwere collected and classified into the control group. The indexes of PAF and CRP in the two groups were tested. Results ThePAF levelin the experimental group and the control group was(155.80±35.81)ng/ml and(80.94±20.77)ng/ml respectively, and the CRP level was(9.87±3.57)mg/L and(2.11±0.94)mg/L,and there was a statistical difference of PAF and CRP level(P<0.05).The PAF and CRPlevel in gender were not displayed obvious difference(P>0.05).PAF and CRP level in patients aged over 50 years old were both higher than those in patients less than 50 years old(P<0.05).Along with the increase of the course of diseasein patients, PAF levelwas greatly increased(P<0.05),while CRP level was not in obvious increase(P>0.05).PAF had a positive correlation with age,as well as CRP.PAF and CRP had positive correlations with PAR,WBC,PLT,FIB,CHOL and SBP.Conclusion PAF and CRP level have a higher value on monitoring cardio-cerebral-vascular endothelial injuryand disease changein patientswith primary hypertension, which is suitable for promotion.
