Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the effects of c1inica1 nursing pathway in prevention postoperative comp1ications of 1aparoscopic cho1ecystectomy. Methods 80 patientsconducted 1aparoscopic cho1ecystectomy in our hospita1 were se1ected and were random1y divided into pathway group and contro1 group.Patients in two groups were conducted 1aparoscopic cho1ecystectomy.the contro1 group was used traditiona1 routine nursing mode，and the pathway group was used c1inica1 nursing pathway mode.C1inica1 nursing pathway tab1e were estab1ished at the beginning of admit.The incidence rate of postoperative comp1ications，postoperative pain and satisfaction of nursing in two groups were observed and compared. Results The tota1 incidence rate of postoperative comp1ications，postoperative VAS score in pathway groupwere obvious 1ower than that of contro1 group (P＜0.05).Satisfaction of nursing in pathway group was obvious higher than that of contro1 group (P＜0.05). Conclusion C1inica1 nursing pathway can prevent the incidence of postoperative comp1ications of1aparoscopic cho1ecystectomy effective1y and promote postoperative recovery of patients.
