Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the effect on qua1ity of 1ife of patients with chronic obstructive pu1monary disease,who used integrated management,and provide a reference for future nursing work,through retrospective1y ana1yzed the c1inica1 data. Methods During January to December in 2014,100 cases of chronic obstructive pu1monary disease was chose from respiratory department of our hospita1.These cases were random1y divided into contro1 group and observation group,each group had 50 cases.The contro1 group was given routine nursing intervention and fo11ow-up,the observation group in the contro1 group was given integrated management,based on the contro1 group.At admission and 3 months after discharge,qua1ity of 1ife core European Organization for research and treatment of cancer (tab1e EORTC QOL-100) was used to eva1uate the patients' qua1ity of 1ife in the two groups respective1y,and compared the patients' qua1ity of 1ife between the two groups.Before discharge,se1f-designed questionnaire was used to survey nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results When admission,there was no significant difference on the qua1ity of 1ife between two groups (P>0.05);3 months after discharge,the physica1 function,ro1e function,cognitive function,emotiona1 function and socia1 function scores of observation group were (79.53±12.64),(68.56±8.47),(79.14±7.54),(74.62±6.45),(74.22±10.51),were significant1y higher than that of contro1 group (P<0.05).Before discharge,there was significant difference on the nursing satisfaction comparison between the two groups of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion When patients with chronic obstructive pu1monary disease out of the hospita1,carried out integrated management can significant1y improve c1inica1 symptoms,he1p patients to form good habits,improve the qua1ity of 1ife,and ensure the therapeutic effect.
