综合护理干预对十二指肠溃疡患者生活质量的影响

摘要目的探讨综合护理干预对十二指肠溃疡（DU）患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2012年2月～2015年6月我院收治的DU患者182例，按照住院号奇偶的原则分为对照组和观察组，每组91例。对照组采取常规护理方法，实验组在对照组基础上增加综合护理干预措施，比较两组的护理效果。结果实验组的总有效率为97.80％，显著高于对照组的78.02％（P＜0.05）。护理干预前，两组生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）各维度评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理干预后，两组的GQOLI-74各维度评分有所提高（P＜0.05），且观察组GQOLI-74各维度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的护理满意度为98.90％，显著高于对照组的76.92％（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预能显著改善DU患者的生活质量，提高护理满意度，对DU的临床治疗效果具有较好的促进作用，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the qua1ity of 1ife in patients with duodena1 u1cer（DU）.Methods 182 cases of patients with DU diagnosed in our hospita1 were se1ected and random1y divided into contro1 group and experimenta1 group according to the parity of their admission number,with 91 cases in each group.In contro1 group,conventiona1 treatment was adopted.In experimenta1 group,conventiona1 treatment p1us intervention was adopted.The nursing effects between the two groups was compared.Results The tota1 effective rate in the experimenta1 group was 97.80％,which was higher than 78.02％of contro1 group（P＜0.05）.Before nursing intervention, there were no significant differences in two groups of GQOLI-74 dimension score（P＞0.05）.After nursing intervention, GQOLI-74 dimension score in two groups was improved（P＜0.05）,and GQOLI-74 dimension score in experimenta1 group was higher than that of contro1 group（P＜0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in experimenta1 group was higher than that of contro1 group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significant1y improve the qua1ity of 1ife for patients with DU,increase nursing satisfaction.It has a good effect on the c1inica1 treatment of DU,and it is worth popu1arizing.
