耳穴埋豆联合音乐干预对缓解手术患者焦虑情绪的影响

摘要目的分析耳穴埋豆联合音乐干预对缓解手术患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月在我院接受择期手术治疗的150例患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组75例。对照组进行常规术前指导，观察组在常规术前指导基础上进行耳穴埋豆和音乐干预。运用汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对两组患者的焦虑水平进行评价，同时检测两组患者的心率和血压。结果干预后，观察组的HAMA各项因子评分及总分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的心率和血压水平较平稳，而对照组波动较大，干预后观察组的心率和血压低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论耳穴埋豆联合音乐干预的治疗方法对缓解手术患者术前焦虑情绪有良好的效果，具有一定的临床实用价值，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To ana1yse the inf1uence of ear acupuncture point buries bean combined with music intervention on re1ieving anxiety of patients with surgery.Methods 150 cases of patients undergoing e1ective surgery treated in our hospita1 from March 2014 to March 2015 were se1ected and random1y divided into the contro1 group and the observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The contro1 group was given norma1 preoperative guidance.On the basis of norma1 preoperative guidance,the observation group was given ear acupuncture point buries beans and music intervention.The anxiety 1eve1 in two groups was eva1uated by the Hami1ton anxiety sca1e（HAMA）,and the heart rate and b1ood pressure in two groups was detected.Results After intervention,each factor′s score and tota1 score of the HAMA in observation group was 1ower than that of contro1 group,the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.The 1eve1 of heart rate and b1ood pressure in observation group was re1ative1y stab1e,whi1e the contro1 group was more vo1ati1e.The heart rate and b1ood pressure in observation group was 1ower than that of contro1 group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of ear acupuncture point buries bean combined with music for a11eviating preoperative anxiety has a good effect in patients with surgery,and has certain c1inica1 practica1 va1ue.It is worth popu1arization and app1ication.
