柴芩八正散联合哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠治疗尿路感染的临床效果分析

摘要目的探讨柴芩八正散联合哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠治疗尿路感染的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年1月～2016年6月收治的80例尿路感染患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各40例。对照组给予哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠静脉滴注，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合中药柴芩八正散，比较两组的效果。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.50%，显著高于对照组的72.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论柴芩八正散联合哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠治疗尿路感染的临床效果优于哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠治疗尿路感染。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Chaiqin Bazheng Powder combined with Piperacillin/Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of patients with urinary tract infection.Methods80 patients with urinary tract infection from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given Piperacillin/Tazobactam intravenous drip,the treatment group was given Chaiqin Bazheng Powder on the basis of the control group.The effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50%of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).ConclusionClinical effect of Chaiqin Bazheng Powder combined with Piperacillin/Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of patients with urinary tract infection is better than that of Piperacillin/Tazobactam Sodium.
