Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the clinical effects of the condom,short-acting oral contraceptives,and placed intrauterine device for patients with high-risk abortion immediately.MethodsClinical data of 300 cases from February 2014 to February 2015 carried out the different contraceptivemethods in our hospital after a high-risk abortion was retrospectively analyzed,according to the intention patients were divided into three groups,with 100 cases in each group.Group A was given the V copper containing indomethacin intrauterine device,group B was given a shortacting oral contraceptives (Yasmin),group C was given condoms for birth control.The occurrence of repeated spontaneous abortion,irregular bleeding,infection,menstruation is abnormal,amenorrheawas observed in postoperative follow-up.Results1,3,6,12 months after artificial abortion operation,number of patients with repeated miscarriage in the group A and group B was less than thatof the group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of patients with postoperative infections,amenorrhea,irregular vaginal bleeding,menstrual cramps of the three groups had statistically significant difference (P<0.5).ConclusionThe intrauterine device or short-acting contraceptives is a efficient reversible and birth controlmethods for patientswith high-risk abortion postoperative immediately,it can reduce the rate of repeated abortion and postoperative complications,and lower the adverse effects of reproductive health,is worthy of clinical application.
