学龄前儿童家长口腔健康知识认知应用状况调查研究

摘要目的研究调查学龄前儿童家长口腔健康知识的认知应用状况。方法选取2015年6月～2016年6月本区5所幼儿园的1000名学龄前儿童家长作为研究对象，使用问卷调查形式对学龄前儿童家长的口腔健康知识认知度进行研究，并将问卷调查结果进行分析。结果学龄前儿童家长对3岁前开始刷牙的知晓率为87.82%，早晚分别进行刷牙的知晓率为85.25%，家长对以上两点口腔健康知识的认知度较高，但对乳牙坏了要治疗、窝沟封闭能预防龋齿、选择含氟牙膏相关知识的认知度较低。学龄前儿童家长协助儿童刷牙的频率随着学历的升高而增加，895名学龄前儿童家长主要通过广播电视获取口腔健康知识，占55.87%，其次为医院宣传栏、社区健康教育、报刊、幼儿园宣教、口腔医院人员。结论部分学龄前儿童家长对口腔健康知识的认知度不高，应进一步提高对家长口腔健康知识的宣传力度，以有效减少儿童口腔疾病的发生，进而提高儿童口腔健康水平。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the cognitive application status of oral health knowledge among parents of preschool children.MethodsA total of 1000 preschool children parents from five kindergartens from June 2015 to June 2016 in our districtwere selected as the research group.Questionnaire survey was used to study the cognition degree of oral health knowledge of preschoolers parents,and the questionnaire survey results was analysed.ResultsThe awareness rate of parents brushing teeth before the age of 3 was 87.82%,and the awareness rate of brushing teeth in themorning and evening was 85.25%.The parents had higher cognition of oral health knowledge in these two aspects,but the cognition degree of related knowledge awareness that baby teeth was broken to treatment,pit and fissure sealant could prevent dental caries,Choosing of fluoride toothpaste were low.The frequency of preschoolers parents helping children to brush their teeth increased with the increase of academic qualifications,895 preschoolers parents acquired oral health knowledgemainly through radio and television,accounted for 55.87%,followed by the hospital publicity column,community health education,newspapers,kindergarten mission,oral hospital staff.ConclusionSome preschoolers parents have low awareness of oral health knowledge,and should further promote the propaganda of oral health knowledge of parents, which can effectively reduce the incidence of oral diseases in children and improve the children′s oral health.
