Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects of periodontal prosthesis in patients with oral repair.Methods108 cases of patients underwent the oral cavity repair in the department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and according to patient′s wishes were divided into the observation group (n=54 cases were underwent periodontal surgery)and the control group (n=54 cases without underwent periodontal surgery).Followed up for 1 year, the clinical effect and root atrophy of two groups were observed, and the satisfaction degree of the patients with oral function recovery were compared by the form of questionnaire.ResultsThe well rate of oral recovery in the observation group (96.30%)was higher than that in the control group (78.78%),the incidence rate of gingival atrophy(3.70%)was lower than that in the control group(22.22%),the oral repair satisfaction(98.15%)was higher than that in the control group(75.93%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionThe periodontal repair in patients with oral repair can achieve good repair effect, which can improve the height of the gingival and alveolar pulp, improve the quality of the repair and fixation,at the same time, the utility model can meet the requirement of aesthetic appearance of patients, thus it has good clinical application effect.
