Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of supragingival scaling combined with Ominqing in the treatment of chronic simple gingivitis.MethodsFrom March 2016 to February 2017,88 cases of simple gingivitis patients who treated in our hospital were selected as subjects and divided into the control group and the combined treatment group according to the method used，44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with supragingival scaling surgery.The combination therapy group was treated with supragingival scaling combined with Ominqing.The control total efficiency of gingivitis,the periodontal correlation indexs before and after treatment,the scores of chewing efficacy and the quality of life before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reaction and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe control total efficiency of gingivitis in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,the periodontal correlation index was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After treatment,the periodontal correlation indexs in the combined treatment group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,the scores of chewing efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of chewing efficacy and quality of life in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionSupragingival scaling combined with Ominqing on the efficacy of chronic simple gingivitis is effective,can effectively improve the patient′s condition,eliminate periodontal symptoms,promote chewing function and improve the quality of life of patients,the effect is sure,worthy of promotion.
