星状神经节阻滞联合耳后甲泼尼龙注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床研究

摘要目的探讨星状神经节阻滞联合耳后甲泼尼龙注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年11月～2016年11月收治的80例突发性耳聋患者，依据听力损失程度将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各组40例。对照组采用耳后注射甲泼尼龙、扩血管改善微循环药物、神经营养药物等常规治疗，观察组采用星状神经节阻滞联合耳后甲泼尼龙注射治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床效果。结果两组治疗前的平均听阈比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组治疗后的平均听阈均有不同程度改善，观察组改善较对照组更为显著（P＜0.05）。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为5.0%，低于对照组的22.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用星状神经节阻滞联合耳后甲泼尼龙注射治疗突发性耳聋患者，可显著提升总体治疗效果。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of stellate ganglion block combined with retroauricular Methylprednisolone injection in the treatment of sudden deafness.MethodsFrom November 2015 to November 2016,80 patients with sudden deafness treated in our hospital were enrolled.According to the degree of hearing impairment,they were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group in random,40 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional treatment including retroauricular methylprednisolone injection,vasodilator to improve microcirculation drug,and neurotrophic drug was used.In the observation group,stellate ganglion block combined with retroauricular Methylprednisolone injection was applied.After therapy,the clinical effect in the two groups was compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the average hearing threshold before treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).After therapy,the threshold was improved in both groups,which was more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effectiveness rate in the observation group was significantly higher(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.0%,which was lower than that of the control group(22.5%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor the patients with sudden deafness,combination of stellate ganglion block and retroauricular Methylprednisolone injection can remarkably improve the overall therapeutic effect of sudden deafness.
