Abstract:Objective To study the clinical expression of PeroxiredoxinⅠ(PrxⅠ)and PeroxiredoxinⅡ(PrxⅡ)for patients with threatened abortion and explore the pathogenesis of threatened abortion from the aspects of oxidative stresss.M ethods Sixty patients with threatened abortion treated from April 2014 to April 2016 in the Huidong County People′s Hospital of Huizhou City were selected.30 cases of patients adopting the spontaneous abortion were selected as experimental group;30 cases of adopting the induced abortion were selected as control group. The specimen of decidua was collected.Through the immunohistochemicalmethod and western blot, the content of PrxⅠand PrxⅡfor spontaneous abortion and early pregnancy group was detected and compared. Results The positive rate of PrxⅠin the decidual tissues of the experimental group(40.0%)was lower than that of the control group(90.0%);the positive rate of (++)and(+++)in experimental group(6.7%,3.3%)was lower than those of the control group(53.3%,16.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of PrxⅡin the decidual tissues of the experimental group(40.0%)was lower than that of the control group(93.3%);the positive rate of PrxⅡin the decidual tissues of the experimental group(40.0%)was lower than that of the control group(90.0%);the positive rate of(++)and(+++)in the experimental group(13.3%,3.3%)was lower than those of the control group(56.7%,20.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the expression of PrxⅠand PrxⅡprotein in the decidual tissues of the experimental group(0.217±0.018,0.224±0.021)was lower than that of the control group(1.174±0.114,1.184±0.181),the differences were statistically significant(t=31.942,29.481,all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that, the expression of PrxⅠprotein was positively correlated with PrxⅡprotein in the decidual tissues of the experimental group(r=0.782,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PrxⅠand PrxⅡis positively correlated with each other and has the stronger oxidative stress. The loss of the proteinmay be themajormechanism of threatened abortion.
