信息干预对PCI术后患者遵医行为的影响观察

摘要目的探讨信息干预对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者遵医行为的影响。方法选取2013年11月至～2014年5月本院收治的冠心病PCI术后患者188例为本次研究对象，依据患者入院时间进行分组，以2013年11月～2014年1月入院治疗的91例患者为对照组，以2014年2～5月入院治疗的97例患者为观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予信息干预护理，对两组患者术后的遵医行为进行比较。结果观察组在遵医率上明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过实行信息干预护理，可显著提升PCI患者的术后遵医率，提高PCI患者的临床治疗效果，具有极高的推广价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of information intervention on compliance behavior of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods 188 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from November 2013 to May 2014 were selected after PCI as the research object,according to the time of hospitalization were divided into 91 cases of November 2013 to January 2014 was admitted to hospital treatment of patients as control group,from February to May 2014 was admitted to hospital treatment of 97 patients as the observation group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention,the compliance behavior of patients in two groups were compared.Results The observation group using information intervention in the compliance rate was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of information intervention nursing,can significantly improve the postoperative compliance rate of PCI patients,improve the clinical treatment effect of PCI patients,with a high value of promotion.
