Abstract：Objective To explore the curative effect of characteristic chinese traditionalmedicine nursing intervention on aged bronchial asthma remission. Methods 81 patients with bronchial asthma remission from March 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as object of study，and were randomly divided into two groups.All the patientswere treated with Budesonide from mott powder inhaler therapy according to the guide，while the control group （n=40）were accepted routine nursing intervention in additon，and the observation group（n=41）were cured with characteristic chinese traditional medicine nursing intervention in addtion.Forced expiratory volume in one second （PEV1），peak expiratory flow （PEF），etc，which the indices of lung function，asthma control test scale （ACT）scores and asthma quality of life （AQLQ），CD4+T，CD4+/CD8+T and CD8+T were compared.Nursing satisfaction and clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results After 3 months for treatment，scores of PEV1，PEF，ACT，and AQLQ of the control group were increased，while those of the observation group were improved more significantly（P＜0.05）.CD4+T，CD4+/CD8+T and CD8+T levels of the control group had no significant change，while CD4+T，CD4+/CD8+T of the observation group had increased，with the CD8+T was lower（P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction rate and total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of the characteristic chinese traditionalmedicine nursing intervention on elderly bronchial asthma remission is significant，which can better improve the function of pulmonary and immune，it isworth promoting.
