Abstract：Objective To explore the curative effect of interferon in treatment of hepatitis C.Methods 50 patients with hepatitis C from July 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital，and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with each of 25 cases.Control group was treated by routine therapy，the treatment group was given interferon and ribavirin treatment patients on the basis of conventional treatment，two groups of patientswith serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT）and hepatitis C virus（HCV）signs of change were compared，its therapeutic effectwas analyzed.Results After treatment，the rate of two groups of patients after ALT often there was no significant difference（P＞0.05），the treatment group patientswith HCV RNA and HCV resistant overcast rate was significantly higher than that of control group （P＜0.01）.After 12months after treatment，the effect in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （P＜0.05）；ALT compound rate，HCV RNA and HCV resistant rate of treatment group patients was higher than that in control group respectively（P＜0.05）.12 cases of treatment group patients in the treatment of influenza-like symptoms within 1 week，the symptom disappeared after symptomatic treatment，the treatment effect was not affected，and was no other obvious adverse reaction，the incidence of adverse reactionswas 48.0%.Patients in control group did not see obvious adverse reactions.Incidence of adverse reactions in patients of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Interferon in the treatment of hepatitis C，can significantly improve the ALT compound rate，HCV RNA and HCV resistant，in the process of treatment，can appear flu-like symptoms，but does not affect the treatment effect.
