Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical nursing of the treatment of burn shock with hydrochloric acid in the early stage of burn shock in children.Methods 120 cases of burn patients admitted to our department from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group（n=60）and control group（n=60）.The former were treated with yogurtwith sault and the latter were given burn drink or saline.Drinking times and volume of water，duration used to improve the thirst and correct blood volume between two groups were analyzed.Results The experimental group adhere to the oralwas significantly better than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）；thirst improvement score in the experimental group was better than that of the control group，the blood volume to correct time was shorter than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Oraladministration ofyogurtwith saultcan be used atburn shock early stage to improve effectively hypovolume and thirst，which is the foundation to puncture successfully，can reduce the children′pain and improve nursingwork efficiency.
