Abstract:Objective To investigate the practice effect of differentialmanagementmethod in the nursingmanagement of obstetric operation. Methods 50 nursing staff of operating room in hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into two groups,25 nursing staff in control group were managed with routine nursingmanagement intervention,25 nursing staff in observation group weremanaged with differentialmanagementmethod,then the job burnout and job performance of two groups before and after the management were respectively evaluated and compared with Maslach Job Burnout Questionnaire and GSES scale,the job satisfaction degree for the two groups were compared.Results The Maslach Job Burnout Questionnaire and GSES scale evaluation results′differences of two groups before themanagementwere not obvious,with no statistical differenc(all P>0.05),the Maslach Job Burnout Questionnaire and GSES scale evaluation results of observation group was better than that of control group respectively,job satisfaction degree for the observation group was higher than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference(all P<0.05).Conclusion The practice effect of differentialmanagementmethod in the nursingmanagement of obstetric operation is better,and the recognition of nursing staff for themanagementmethod is higher,so it iswelcomed by all aspects.
