Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in treating chronic heart failure. Methods 54 chronic heart failure patients from January to June 2015 of cardiology department in our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group was 27 cases. All patients in two groups were given atorvastatin on the basis of routine anti-heart failure treatment.Patients in observation group were further given trimetazidine. After treatment for 6 months, the treatment effective rate, cardiac function monitoring indicators including heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction,6-minute walk distance and plasma atrial natriuretic peptide concentration, adverse effects in two groups were compared. Results After treatment for 6 months, the total effective rate in control group and observation group was respectively 85.2%and 96.3%,the total effective rate in observation group was obvious better than that of control group and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction,6-minute walk distance and plasma atrial natriuretic peptide concentration in two groups was improved than before treatment respectively, and the improvement degree in observation group was obvious better than that of control group(P<0.05).Any adverse effects appeared in two groups during the 6 months treatment. Conclusion The effects of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in treating chronic heart failure is better than single uses of atorvastatin and which with wide clinical application prospect.
