Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic cardiogram in diagnosis of aortic valve calcification and aortic value stenosis in patientswith diabetic.M ethods 60 patientswith diabetes treated in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2016 were selected as observation group,60 cases of healthy volunteers(without Hypertension, diabetes)in medical center of our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.GE ViVid7 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrumentwas used to detect that patients in two groups had or not aortic valve calcification and parts of calcification.Aortic leaf area and aortic cross valve differential pressure weremeasured, stenosis degree of aortic value was evaluated.Resu lts The incidence of aortic valve calcification in the observation group was 68.3%(41/60),which was significantly higher than 28.3%(17/60)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01).The incidence of aortic value stenosis in the observation group was 58.3%(35/60),which was significantly higher than 18.3%(11/60)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusio n Ultrasonic cardiogram has important clinical value for detection of the incidence of calcification and aortic valve stenosis in diabetic patients, which is of great importance for prevention and treatment of serious complications in diabetic patients.
