Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application effects of quality nursing model in surgical treatment of patients with hip fracture.Methods 86 patients with hip fracture who had surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were called control group and observation group，each group was 43 cases.Patients in control group were given conventional orthopaedic surgery nursing，and patients in observation group were given nursing service under quality nursingmodel. The treatment effect of surgery for hip fracture，number of complications after fracture surgery，the satisfaction of nursing service during surgery of hip fracture，total duration of hospitalization for fracture and hip function recovery time of research object in two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of surgery for hip fracture in observation group was obvious better than that of control group，with the siginificant difference（χ2=4.98，P＜0.05）；The number of complications after fracture surgery was obvious less than that of control group，with the siginificant difference（χ2=4.74，P＜0.05）；The satisfaction of nursing service during surgery of hip fracture was obvious higher than that of control group，with the siginificant difference （χ2=4.47，P＜0.05）；The total time in hospital and hip function recovery timewere obvious decreased than that of control group，with the siginificant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion For hip fracture patients during the treatment period，the clinical effect of carrying out high quality nursingmode is very obvious and isworth to pay attention.
