关节镜联合关节内注射治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果

摘要目的探讨关节镜联合关节内注射治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选择2014年12月～2015年12月我院接诊的100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，通过随机数字表法将其分为观察组（50例）和对照组（50例）。对照组给予关节镜清理术，观察组在对照组基础上加用玻璃酸钠进行关节内注射。观察两组患者治疗前后Lysholm评分、疼痛评分变化情况，并对临床疗效进行观察。结果经过治疗，观察组Lysholm评分高于对照组［（88.18±3.15）分vs（71.23±2.94）分］，VAS评分低于对照组［（3.10±0.13）分vs（5.46±0.24）分］；观察组在治疗后优良率、有效率均比对照组高［78.0%（39/50）vs 56.0%（28/50），96.0%（48/50）vs 82.0%（41/50）］，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在骨性关节炎患者中实施关节镜清理术基础上再给予关节内注射玻璃酸钠的方式，效果显著，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopy combined with intra articular injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods 100 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital，divided into observation group（50 cases）and control group（50 cases）by randomly，50 cases in each.The control group was treated with arthroscopic debridement，and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate on the basis of the control group.They were compared with before and after treatment Lysholm score，pain score changes were compared，and the clinical efficacy of record.Results After treatment，the Lysholm score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group［（88.18±3.15）scores vs（71.23±2.94）scores］，VAS score was lower than that in the control group　［（3.10±0.13）scores vs（5.46±0.24）scores］；after treatment，the excellent rate and effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group［78.0%（39/50）vs 56.0%（28/50），96.0%（48/50）vs 82.0% （41/50）］，the difference between the two groups was significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In patients with osteoarthritis，the injection of sodium hyaluronate was performed on the basis of arthroscopic debridement，the effect is excellent，it is worth promoting.
