Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of traumatic fracture. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,100 cases of patients with traumatic fractures were selected as the research object,100 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by taking the computer random method, each group had 50 cases of patients. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment, the observation group were treated with combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for treatment. The clinical total effective rate, callus formation time, fracture healing time, soft tissue repair fine rate, incidence of complications and the VAS pain score were compared between two groups. Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,soft tissue repair fine rate was 92%,there was significantly higher than that of control group (80%,76%)(χ2=6.061,4.762,P=0.014,0.029).The complication rate of observation group was 6%,which was significantly lower than that of control group(20%)(χ2=4.332,P=0.037).The formation time and healing time of the observation group were(2.83±0.82),(6.62±1.28)months,which were significantly shorter than those of the control group[(3.72±1.05),(8.94±1.73)months](t=4.724,7.623,P=0.000,0.000).The VAS score of the observation group was(2.17±0.83),which was significantly lower than that of the control group [(3.59±0.95)scores](t=7.959,P=0.000). Conclusion In clinical treatment of traumatic fractures, treating with the combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine has significant curative effect, can effectively promote the healing of fracture and improve prognosis.
