ObjectiveTo observe the effect of arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture complicated with anterior cruciate ligament avulsion.Methods62 cases of tibial plateau patients with anterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2016,were selected, and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,31 cases in each group. The control group receivedconventional open reduction and internal fixation, and the treatment group received arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation. The operation condition, postoperative recovery and postoperative knee function of the two groups were observed and compared, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe operation time of the treatment group was longer than that of control group, and the amount of bleeding, hospitalization time, healing time of fracture of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Lysholm score,HSS score and Rasmussen score of the treatment group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the excellent rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(93.55%vs.74.19%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionArthroscopic reduction and internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures combined with anterior cruciate ligament avulsion can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, the length of stay and the time of fracture healing, and the recovery of knee function is satisfactory.
