Abstract：Objective To introduce the clinical experience on laparoscopic combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stone.Methods 32 cases underwent laparoscopy combined with nephrolithotomy cholecystolithotomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis patients in our hospital from September 2014 to February 2016 were selected as nephrolithotomy combined laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy group.30 cases of similar cases underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2014 were selected as laparoscopic cholecystectomy group.The operation time，blood loss and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time，intraoperative bleeding volume in laparoscopy combined with nephrolithotomy gallbladder preserving take stone group corresponded with laparoscopic cholecystectomy group（P＞0.05）；The incidence of postoperative complications（lack of bile shadow，indigestion）of laparoscopy combined with nephrolithotomy gallbladder preserving stone group was lower than that of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with nephrolithotomy gall preserving from stone and laparoscopic cholecystectomy resection surgery time，bleeding amount，less postoperative complications，lack of bile shadow elimination，under the strict control of surgical refers to sign under the premise gallbladder preserving take stone has reliable curative effect，small trauma，fewer complications，it is worth in clinical promotion.
