Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the therapeutic effect of comprehensive spina1 therapy on treating patients with type 2 diabetes periphera1 neuropathy. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015,100 patients with type 2 diabetes periphera1 neuropathy admitted into our hospita1 were se1ected and even1y divided into two groups in random. In the contro1 group,mecoba1amine tab1et was provided for nourishing nerves,whi1e in the observation group, comprehensive spina1 therapy was adopted. After 8-week treatment, conduction ve1ocity of sensory and motor nerves and c1inica1 manifestations in the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the tota1 effective rate was 94%,significant1y higher than that in the contro1 gorup accounting for 70%with a statistica1 difference(P<0.05).After therapy, the conduction ve-1ocities of sensory and motor nerves in both groups were both faster than those before treatment, which were disp1ayed statistica1 differences (P<0.05);The conduction ve1ocities of sensory and motor nerves after therapy in the observation group were much faster in comparieson with those in the contro1 group with statistica1 differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive spina1 therapy can improve tota1 therapeutic effective rate of diabetes combining with periphera1 neuropathy, and intensify the conduction ve1ocities of sensory and motor nerves.
