Abstract：Objective To ana1yze the characteristics，regu1arity of adverse drug reaction （ADR）reports so as to provide reference for the rationa1 use of drugs in c1inic.Methods ADR reports co11ected in Affi1iated Hospita1 of North Sichuan Medica1 Co11ege in 2015 were ana1yzed and eva1uated.Results There were 201 ADR reports co11ected in our hospita1 in 2015.Among the ADR reports，there were 108 cases（53.7%）common ADR，67 cases（33.3%）of new and common ADR，20 cases（10.0%）were severe ADR and 6 cases（3.0%）were new and severe ADR；90 cases（44.8%）were ma1e and 111 cases（55.2%）were fema1e；Patients aged from 40 to 79 years accounted for the 1argest proportion；The main administration route causing ADR was intravenous infusion（84.6%）；The most frequency in suspected drugs was anti-infective drugs （26.7%）；Skin and appendages damage was the most frequent ADR （37.3%）.Conclusion Our hospita1 shou1d strengthen ADR monitoring and prevention，c1inica1 medication shou1d be further standardized and the re1ated know1-edge of drugs shou1d be pub1icized to ensure the patients＇medication safety.
