Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy of proximal femoral cannulate screw locking plate(PF)and cannulate screw(CS)in the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 100 patients with femoral neck fractures in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into CS group(n=50)and PF group(n=50).The operation time, blood losing, and immediate and long-term Harris hip scoreand were recorded. The time of fracture healing, functional recovery, and complications were observed.Statistical analysis was performed. All the patients were followed up for 18 months. Results The operative time of proximal femoral cannulate screw locking plate versus cannulate screw was respectively(58.39±14.7),(55.68±15.9)min(P<0.05);Bloold loss was(278.25±12.8),(276.78±19.2)ml,with statistical difference(P<0.05);The hospital stay was respectively(10.27±2.2),(13.48±1.8)days,with statistical difference(P<0.05);Fracture healing time was respectively(14.8±4.8),(16.5±3.1)weeks,with statistical difference(P<0.05);The short terms of Harris score was respectively(80.65±10.67),(75.03±14.15)points,with statistical difference(P<0.05),the long terms of Harris score was respectively(89.34±7.84),(88.26±8.85)points.the complication rate was6%(3/50),12%(6/50).Conclusion Compared with the dy cannulate screw, proximal femoral cannulate screw locking plate in treatment of femoral neck fracture can obtain shorter hospital stay, shorter fracture healing time and short term Harris score.
