Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of treatment of distal femoral fracture with locking plate and retrograde intramedullary nail.Methods 60 patientswith distal femoral fractures from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospitalwere performed in the clinical research，according to the different treatmentmethods，were divided into two groups，30 patients in the control group treatment for locking compression plate in the treatment of 30 cases of the observation group. Treatmentmethods for retrograde intramedullary nail in the treatment of treatment，compared two groups of patients.Results Observation（operation time，intraoperative bleeding volume operation group to completely load time），knee joint function recovery rate of excellent and good，limb shortening，knee flexion，knee joint range ofmotion，postoperative complications rate compared with the control group，with the significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The patients with treatment options the effect is better than that of the locking plate fixation of distal femoral fracture with retrograde intramedullary nail，short operation time and less trauma and early recovery of joint function cuxi，application effect is remarkable.
