Abstract：Objective To investigate feasibility and safety of expert tibial intramedullary nail treatment for tibialmetaphyseal fractures patients.Methods In our hospital，84 cases of tibial metaphyseal fractures patients from December 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into research group and control group，42 cases in each group.Control group were treated limited open locking plate fixation，while research group were treated with expert tibial intramedullary nail fixation.The operation time，blood loss，hospital stay time，full load time，Joher-Wruhs effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in operation time and blood loss between the two groups（P＞0.05）.The hospital stay time and full load time of research group were shorter than those of control group （P＜0.05）.5 weeks after treatment，the Joher-Wruhs effect of research group was better than that of control group （P＜0.05）.There was no complication in the two groups.Conclusion Expert tibial intramedullary nail treatment has exact effect for tibialmetaphyseal fractures patients.It can promote postoperative rehabilitation and has no complication and is safe and reliable.
