Abstract:Objective To research the effect of application Kirschner wire and hollow screw internal fixation technique in treating Lisfranc joint injury. Methods 36 Lisfranc joint injury patients from January 2010 to January 2015 of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Each group was 18 cases.Patients in control group were treated by Kirschner wire for internal fixation and patients in treatment group were treated by hollow screw internal fixation.Postoperative foot function was evaluated by using foot score standard in AOFAS.Results The treatment good rate in hollow screw technique treatment group was 88.9%,the foot joint function score before and after operation was respectively (42.06±6.13)and (83.58±5.32)points;The treatment good rate in Kirschner wire technique treatment group was 72.2%,the foot joint function score before and after operation was respectively (41.18±5.06)and (65.58±6.62)points.The treatment effects and foot joint function score in treatment group was obvious better than that of control group respectively, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Hollow screw internal fixation technique has obvious effects in Lisfranc joint injury patients.
